- Delta Nanban acts as an intermediary between users and vendors.
- Refunds related to vendor services are subject to the vendor’s individual policies.
- Delta Nanban may process refunds only for services provided directly by us (such as subscriptions or featured listings).
2. User Refunds
- Eligible refunds include accidental/duplicate payments, services not delivered, or technical failures.
- Non-refundable items include listings already published, promotional services already availed, and payments to third-party vendors.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment, reason, and user details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Vendor Refunds
- Eligible refunds include paid promotions not activated/published or incorrect charges due to system errors.
- Non-refundable services include used subscriptions, active promotions, or disputes unrelated to platform errors.
- Vendors must submit refund requests within 7 days with transaction details and supporting evidence.
4. Refund Mode and Timeframe
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway.
- Once approved, the refund will be credited within 7 days.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Services may be canceled before activation or publishing.
- No refunds are available for cancellations after activation.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a refund request is denied, you may appeal by contacting our support team. Delta Nanban will review and assist in resolving disputes fairly.
